Help Desk and Support Services for Medicalc4 Clinical Information System

This public procurement contract involves the service support for the Medicalc4 clinical information system and the joint development of additional modules for the system on an indefinite basis. The total estimated value of the contract is 9.424 million CZK excluding VAT. **Area 1: Service Support for Medicalc4 Clinical Information System** includes: - Helpdesk service using the EvZa system (https://evza.medicalc.cz/Cert/Seznam.php) available 24/7/365 - Hotline service for reporting and resolving emergencies available 24/7/365, and for telephone consultation services at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. - Implementation of legislative changes - Bug fixes - Provision of new versions of standard modules (development of the standard system) - Management of the central treatment module (overview of administered medications) - Management of the module for connection to the ARI/ILI registry (registry of acute respiratory infections) - Optimization of Medicalc4 operations based on the client's requests. This area of the contract will be paid as a flat fee, invoiced by the supplier at the end of each calendar month for the previous month, with a payment term of 30 days. **Area 2: Joint Development of Additional Modules for Medicalc4** includes the development of modules that are not part of the standard system, such as: - Modules programmed by FNP employees for FNP needs - Modules programmed by Medicalc Software s.r.o. (MC SW) employees for FNP needs - Modules programmed in collaboration between MC SW and FNP for FNP needs - Modules programmed in collaboration between MC SW and FNP for all MC SW customers. This area of the contract will be paid based on the actual hours worked on completed and delivered modules, invoiced by the supplier at the end of each calendar month for the previous month, with a payment term of 30 days. The contract will also include the settlement of copyright and the rights to use these additional modules.
