Supply of Antineoplastic Drug Daratumumab

This public procurement contract involves the supply of a medication specifically intended for the treatment of malignant plasma cell diseases. The total expected volume is 3,000 individual doses (ampoules) of the drug. The medication will be used in healthcare facilities at FN Plzeň. Deliveries will be made based on the results of a completed procurement process over a period of three years from the signing of the purchase contract. An ampoule refers to a unit designed for injection or infusion, such as an injection/infusion vial, pre-filled syringe, or pre-filled pen. The offered medication must meet the requirements set by the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL). Registration with SÚKL is a necessary condition for the standard use of medications in healthcare provision according to § 8 paragraph 1 of Act No. 378/2007 Coll. on Pharmaceuticals. Compliance with this condition must be demonstrated by the participant by providing a valid SÚKL code for the offered medication in the relevant column of the price submission table included in Annex 1 of the procurement documentation (see point 9.2.).
