Network Monitoring Tools Supply for FN Plzeň

This public procurement contract involves the supply and complete implementation of network monitoring and analysis tools for FN Plzeň. The project includes deploying solutions for operational, performance, and security monitoring of network traffic in a hybrid environment, featuring advanced analytical capabilities. The network traffic recording will provide a comprehensive and accurate overview of communication within the internal network. The analysis will utilize advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to identify threats and vulnerabilities in the infrastructure that traditional security products may not detect. The contract includes the following key components: • 1 Collector with a minimum disk capacity of 50TB as hardware • 2 Probes with monitoring interfaces of 2x10/25Gbps as hardware • 2 Probes with monitoring interfaces of 4x1Gbps as hardware All components will be supplied with all necessary software and licenses for operation. The delivery will include complete setup, implementation, and installation of the supplied components and software into the existing infrastructure of the buyer, along with operator training. The solution will come with a warranty and manufacturer support for all supplied components and software for a minimum of 60 months. If any supplied components or software are subject to time-limited licensing, a subscription for at least 60 months must be provided. The buyer requires documentation for each functional feature and technical parameter, with references to relevant documents (technical specifications, data sheets, user documentation). The bidder must submit this documentation in PDF format for the currently available version of the offered solution. The bidder should reference the relevant sections of the user documentation for the required features, allowing the buyer to assess whether and how the offered solution meets the requirements. In case of ambiguities, the buyer reserves the right to request written clarification and confirmation of how the required parameters are met.
