Software Licenses for Microsoft Office

The contract involves the procurement of Microsoft Office licenses as follows: Lot 1 includes licenses for Microsoft 365 Business Basic or equivalent, and Microsoft Home & Business or equivalent; Lot 2 includes licenses for Microsoft LTSC Standard 2024 or equivalent. Each lot will be awarded through a separate contract. The procurement process will be conducted entirely electronically in a single stage, in accordance with Article 73, paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 and its subsequent amendments. Interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation until 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests 11 days before the established deadline for submitting offers. Compliance with Article 160 of Law no. 98/2016 and Article 27 of the Annex to H.G. no. 395/2016 and its subsequent amendments is required.
