Cleaning Services for Romanian Court of Accounts

The purpose of this framework agreement is to procure cleaning services for the offices of the County Chambers within the structure of the Romanian Court of Accounts. The total area to be serviced ranges from a minimum of 22,100 square meters to a maximum of 25,000 square meters. The public procurement procedure will conclude with the signing of a framework agreement valid for 24 months from the date it comes into effect, with the top three ranked economic operators based on the award criteria. The service provider will ensure cleaning services in accordance with the specifications. To fulfill the framework agreement and subsequent contracts, the provider is required to perform all necessary auxiliary operations, even if not explicitly mentioned in the specifications, but logically necessary for the activities outlined, such as unlocking/locking offices, removing/placing waste bags in bins, transporting waste bins from the storage location to the gate/point of handover to the waste collection operator, etc. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Compliance with Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016 and Article 27 of the Annex to H.G. No. 395/2016 is required.
