Air Transport Services Contract

The contract involves the procurement of occasional international and/or domestic air transport services necessary for the optimal functioning of all structures of the Romanian Court of Accounts (including the Audit Authority). The contracting authority seeks to provide occasional international and/or domestic air transport services as needed and within the allocated budget for dignitaries, employees, and/or delegates of the contracting authority (economy class, business class, with or without weekends, as applicable) to facilitate internal and/or international relations activities. Estimated quantities: - Throughout the entire framework agreement, it is estimated that a maximum of 3,575 tickets will be purchased for occasional international and/or domestic air transport services; - For a single subsequent contract order to be awarded during the framework agreement, it is estimated that a minimum of 1 ticket and a maximum of 25 tickets will be purchased for occasional domestic and/or international air transport services. Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers/applications. The contracting authority will respond clearly to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Compliance with Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016 and Article 27 of the Annex to H.G. No. 395/2016 is required.
