The contract includes two tasks, each involving 1,200 metric tons of waste from the Gotartów area. The collection will take place at the designated site in Gotartów, Kluczbork municipality. Due to the unpredictable nature of waste quantities, the estimated amount may change, with the buyer reserving the right to reduce it by up to 90% without any claims from the contractor for unfulfilled contract portions. The buyer guarantees a minimum of 10% of the estimated waste quantity during the contract period. The contractor will bear the transportation costs and is responsible for ensuring safe loading and transport of the waste. The buyer will handle the loading of the waste. The contractor must provide oversight during loading and ensure proper load security during transport, adhering to road safety regulations. The waste will be collected based on notifications sent by the buyer, which can be communicated via email, fax, or phone. The contractor must submit a copy of the waste processing permit to the buyer within 7 days of receipt. If the contractor loses necessary permits, they must notify the buyer immediately, who may terminate the contract. The waste consists of mixed municipal waste and selectively collected packaging waste. The contractor is required to process at least 40% of the collected waste for recycling or reuse. The contractor must provide a summary of waste data upon request, detailing quantities collected, processed, and their final disposal. The service will be conducted in accordance with relevant waste management laws.
