Strategic Flood Risk Assessment Consultancy Framework for Limerick City and County Council

Limerick City and County Council is establishing a multi-party framework agreement for consultancy services to prepare Strategic Flood Risk Assessments (SFRAs). These assessments will inform updates to the Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028, specifically supporting Variation No. 4. The initial contract will involve conducting an SFRA at an appropriate scale to support the council's planning and development decision-making processes. This framework will enable the council to access qualified consultants for flood risk assessment services on an ongoing basis, with the establishment of the framework contingent on successful completion of the initial SFRA contract. Consultants should have expertise in flood risk analysis, environmental assessment, and strategic planning support.
