Waste Management Services in Poland

This contract involves the collection and management of waste classified under code 20 02 01. The estimated quantity of waste to be collected and managed is 6,000 Mg over the contract duration. The waste will be processed in one of the following ways: a) recycled to lose its waste status and be marketed as fertilizer or soil improver, b) recovered to produce waste code 19 05 03 for recovery processes, or c) recovered outside installations to be marketed as fertilizer or soil improver. The contract includes three tasks, each involving the collection of 2,000 Mg of waste from the Wola Kruszyńska Transfer Station. The estimated quantity may change, with a maximum reduction of 90% allowed without claims from the contractor. The contractor will use their own transport for the service, while loading will be the buyer's responsibility. The contractor must ensure safe transport and provide necessary documentation for waste management. The service will comply with relevant environmental laws and regulations.
