Expansion of Training Center in Münnerstadt

The Federal Association of German Funeral Directors operates a vocational training center (BAZ), the Theo-Remmertz Academy, in Münnerstadt. Currently, it consists of 8 training units in workshop and theory areas, as well as a boarding house. This training center is set to be expanded with additional training rooms and boarding facilities. The expansions will be connected to the existing structure. The construction project is planned to be implemented as a funding measure supported by the federal and state governments, based on the "Joint Guidelines for the Promotion of Inter-Company Vocational Training Centers and their Further Education to Competence Centers (15.01.2015)" from the Federal Ministries of Education and Research and for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The overall project will be coordinated regarding financing with federal, state, and own funds of the client. The guidelines for funding measures (RZBau) of the federal government and the Federal Budget Code (BHO) must be adhered to. The basic services of service phases 1-8 of the object planning for buildings and interiors according to § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1 will be commissioned in stages. Additionally, special services will include assistance in applying for and accounting for funding, examining alternative solutions based on various requirements including cost assessment (regarding reinforced concrete/mass construction versus timber construction and intermediate solutions), as well as planning, tendering, and supervising the outdoor facilities.
