Expansion of Training Center in Münnerstadt

The Federal Association of German Funeral Directors operates a vocational training center (BAZ), the Theo-Remmertz Academy, in Münnerstadt. Currently, it consists of 8 practice units in workshop and theory areas, as well as a boarding school. This training center is set to be expanded in terms of training rooms and the boarding school through new construction. The expansions will be connected to the existing structure. The construction project is planned to be implemented as a funding measure supported by the federal and state governments based on the "Joint Guidelines for the Promotion of Intercompany Vocational Training Centers and their Further Education to Competence Centers (15.01.2015)" from the Federal Ministries of Education and Research and for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The overall project will therefore be coordinated regarding financing with federal, state, and own funds of the client. The guidelines for funding measures (RZBau) of the federal government and the Federal Budget Code (BHO) must be adhered to. The basic services of service phases 1-8 in group 1 and 1-3 and 5-8 in groups 2, 3, and 8 (HLS) of the service profile for technical equipment planning according to § 55 Abs. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 No. 15.1 will be commissioned in stages. Additionally, a special service will be commissioned for the variant investigation of different heat generation systems.
