Youth Engagement and Support in Education, Employment and Training

This opportunity seeks a service provider to engage young people (NEET - Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and support their progression into positive post-16 provisions. The service will deliver Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) tailored to young people's needs, with particular focus on identifying and removing barriers to engagement. Support should address obstacles such as lack of confidence, skills gaps, childcare responsibilities, health issues, or other challenges that prevent young people from accessing education, employment or training opportunities. The provider should help young people develop career awareness, improve employability skills, and connect them with appropriate pathways and resources.
