Evaluation Services for PEACEPLUS Programme - Batch One

The Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) is seeking qualified service providers to conduct four evaluations (1 implementation and 3 impact evaluations) for the PEACEPLUS Programme, a cross-border EU-funded initiative supporting peace and prosperity across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland. This Batch One competition covers evaluations of: Programme Implementation, PEACEPLUS Action Plans, Peace Building, and Children and Young People initiatives. Impact evaluations will assess changes attributed to the Programme, identify influencing factors, and gather detailed project achievement data beyond standard monitoring systems. This is part of a larger 13-evaluation series delivered across 3 batches and is funded through PEACEPLUS ERDF.
