SEUPB PEACEPLUS Programme Evaluation Services - Batch One

The Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) is seeking qualified business and management consultancy services to conduct impact evaluations of the PEACEPLUS Programme, a cross-border funding initiative supporting peace and prosperity in Northern Ireland and Ireland's border counties. This procurement covers Batch 1 of a 13-evaluation series and includes four distinct evaluations: (1) Implementation Evaluation of the PEACEPLUS Programme, (2) PEACEPLUS Action Plans Impact Evaluation, (3) Peace Building Impact Evaluation, and (4) Children and Young People Impact Evaluation. The evaluations will assess programme outcomes, measure achievement against objectives, determine attribution of observed changes, identify influencing factors, and gather detailed project performance data. This EU-funded project is supported by the European Union, the UK Government, the Irish Government, and the Northern Ireland administration.
