Mental Health Commission tribunal panel recruitment services

The Mental Health Commission (MHC) is seeking a single recruitment services provider to conduct a specialized recruitment campaign for the establishment of four mental health tribunal panels. The provider will be responsible for recruiting approximately 440 professionals across four distinct roles: tribunal chairpersons (100), tribunal consultant psychiatrists (100), independent consultant psychiatrists (140), and tribunal lay members (100). The recruitment campaign is expected to generate between 600 and 1,000 applications and requires expertise in recruiting multi-disciplinary professionals from medical, health, social care, and legal backgrounds. This is a one-time service requirement. To be eligible, tenderers must demonstrate substantial and directly relevant experience in delivering similar large-scale, specialized professional panel recruitment services.
