Multi-Disciplinary Professional Panel Recruitment for Mental Health Tribunal Panels

The Mental Health Commission (MHC) is seeking a single service provider to deliver a specialized recruitment campaign to establish four Mental Health Tribunal Panels. The service requires recruiting approximately 440 tribunal members across the following roles: Tribunal Chairpersons (100), Tribunal Consultant Psychiatrists (100), Independent Consultant Psychiatrists (140), and Tribunal Lay Members (100). The total candidate pool is expected to range between 600 to 1,000 applications. This is a one-time service engagement requiring demonstrated expertise in high-volume, multi-disciplinary professional recruitment, particularly in medical, health, social care, and legal sectors. Successful tenderers must provide evidence of substantial relevant experience delivering comparable recruitment services.
