    Brief

This procurement seeks service providers to deliver furnished 2-3 bedroom accommodation for vulnerable populations with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF), including unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC) aged 18+ and families with children under 18 in unsettled immigration status. The council will provide all practical and financial support for this cohort. Service providers are invited to bid for one or more of three geographical lots: Worcester City, Redditch, or Kidderminster. The total requirement is accommodation for up to 18 young adults and/or 6 families with varying ages of children, positioned near good transport links, schools, colleges, and community services. Suppliers should demonstrate experience supporting vulnerable populations, property management capabilities, and understanding of safeguarding requirements for asylum-seeking children and families.
