Youth Ambassador Program - Implementing Partner for E-Governance District Delivery Bangladesh

The British Council is seeking a qualified implementing partner to manage and deliver the Youth Ambassador Programme across three districts in Bangladesh: Kushtia, Nilphamari, and Bagerhat during 2026-27. The selected partner will oversee all aspects of programme implementation including: recruiting and selecting youth ambassadors, managing training logistics, providing mentoring and support to participants, coordinating community activities, establishing safeguarding protocols, managing district-level operations, monitoring programme performance, handling communications, and ensuring proper project closure. This role is critical to the success of the E-Governance project rollout in these districts. Interested bidders should have demonstrated experience in youth engagement, programme management, community coordination, and safeguarding best practices in Bangladesh.
