British Council is relocating its Madrid office headquarters to a new location with improved demographics and accessibility for teaching operations. This Design & Build project involves comprehensive services for a 650-683 sqm space to house a Teaching Centre, Exams Centre, and Back Office functions. Scope of Work: JLL Tétris Spain will provide single-point responsibility including: project initiation and brief development; complete design phase (Preliminary Study, Concept Design, Developed Design, and Detailed Design with MEP coordination); pre-construction phase with fixed-price agreement; turnkey construction and fit-out execution; FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) coordination, supply and installation; subcontractor management; and project close-out with certifications and aftercare support.
