HS2 Professional Services Partnering Opportunity

High Speed Two (HS2) is building Britain's new high-speed rail line to reduce journey times between London and Birmingham to 49 minutes, with connections to Manchester, Liverpool, and Glasgow. As the programme transitions from major civil engineering works toward railway systems installation, integration, testing, and commissioning, HS2 Ltd seeks qualified partners to support delivery of remaining project phases. HS2 Ltd is currently planning to procure professional services partnerships across three main capability areas: Project and Programme Management, Technical and Engineering, and Commercial Delivery. The scope of these areas may be refined based on market engagement and evolving requirements. Note that while a Framework Agreement is not currently anticipated, HS2 Ltd reserves the right to determine the final contractual vehicle and procurement route following market consultation. Interested suppliers are encouraged to engage with HS2 Ltd during this market engagement phase to help shape requirements and scope.
