Brief

The British Film Institute is seeking a qualified security services provider to deliver comprehensive security solutions for cultural and corporate events at BFI venues and partner London cultural and hospitality venues throughout the year. The successful provider will manage all aspects of event security including: red carpet event security project management, film talent close protection services, outdoor and indoor crowd control, and VIP reception access security. This is a competitive procurement process conducted under the Light Touch Regime Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. Prospective suppliers should have demonstrable experience in high-profile event security, VIP protection, and large-scale crowd management in cultural and entertainment settings.
