Brief

Network Rail Wales Route is seeking a single supplier to deliver comprehensive security and surveillance services across the region. The successful contractor will provide an integrated solution including: (1) CCTV and Remote Deployed Systems (RDS) equipment with 24-hour operation, alarm functionality, night vision capability, full data connectivity, and maintenance support; (2) Mobile and static patrol services available 24/7/365, including trespass management, vandalism prevention, anti-social behaviour response, theft prevention, station security, and suicide prevention support; (3) Major incident response capabilities with expedited timelines when required. The contractor must maintain compliance with all relevant security training and licensing requirements including Counter Terrorism Training, HOT/WHAT, Security Industry Authority accreditation, Working Time Regulations, fatigue management, and Personal Track Safety standards. All CCTV footage must be accessible to Network Rail on request in compliance with data protection regulations. The contractor will support all reporting activities and competence management as specified by Network Rail.
