Ticketing and Membership Platform Implementation 2025

BFI is seeking a vendor to implement and operate a new ticketing and membership platform to replace its current system used for over 15 years. The platform will serve as a business-critical system supporting multiple digital 'What's On' services and must deliver an intuitive, accessible, and efficient user experience comparable to leading cinema and venue ticketing systems. Key requirements include: robust performance and scalability during peak sales periods to address historical system failures; seamless integration with existing systems including content management and digital programme experiences; and support for ongoing digital transformation initiatives. The platform must be fit for purpose through 2026 and beyond. The initial contract term is 3 years with an optional extension of up to 7 years. BFI is testing the market to ensure the selected solution meets modern user expectations and organizational needs.
