Land Acquisition Consulting Services for Line 15 East of the Grand Paris Express

This contract involves consulting services for land acquisition necessary for the construction of the Line 15 East of the Grand Paris Express (GPE). The work includes managing land ownership issues, conducting ongoing and new parcel surveys, and coordinating with notarial studies for the execution of deeds and receipts. The contractor will be responsible for acquiring essential properties that are not yet under the control of the Société du Grand Paris (SGP), particularly those related to the underground tunnel sections. Additionally, the contract covers the initiation of land regularization services after the completion of GPE projects, which includes preparing regularization plans for land parcels to be acquired or returned to public or private entities following the construction of Line 15 East.
