This contract involves the daily email distribution of two press overviews: 1. General Press Overview: This includes media coverage from various sources (print, web, radio, and television) related to the Société des grands projets (SGP) and the Grand Paris Express (GPE) within the public transport, urban planning, and land development sectors. 2. SERM Press Overview: This focuses on media coverage from all sources (print, web, radio, and television, including regional daily press across the entire territory) related to the Metropolitan Express Services (SERM). The press overviews are to be produced and distributed daily from Monday to Friday. They must be readable on tablets and smartphones, and all videos or audio files should be downloadable. The General Press Overview is sent out before 8:30 AM in both PDF and open formats to a limited list of approximately 200 recipients, including top management of the SGP, communication directors, and external contacts of the supervisory board. The SERM Press Overview is sent out before 1:00 PM in both PDF and open formats to a limited list of about 50 recipients. Additionally, there will be real-time media monitoring for radio and television, with email alerts for mentions of the Société des grands projets, its collaborators, the Grand Paris Express, or the Metropolitan Express Services (SERM). These alerts will only be sent to a restricted list of individuals.
