This procurement involves the supply of medicines according to the technical specifications outlined in the Cost Estimate and procurement documentation. The goods will be delivered successively, based on the delivery request from the Buyer, and must be delivered to the specified locations within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the date of the delivery request (as per the Supplier's offer). All contractual obligations must be fulfilled by the deadline. The goods are considered delivered, and the contractual obligation fulfilled, at the moment of handing over the goods and the accompanying procurement documentation to the Buyer. The Buyer has existing contracts for the procurement of these goods. Upon their expiration, the delivery under the contract resulting from this public procurement procedure will commence. The contract execution starts on March 9, 2026, for Group 3, and on February 1, 2026, for all other groups of procurement items. The execution deadline is January 31, 2027. The quantity of procurement items is approximate, determined by the Cost Estimate, based on estimated quantities, and will be procured successively according to the dynamics established by the Buyer's delivery requests. The Buyer will purchase goods according to their actual needs and is not obligated to purchase the entire estimated quantity listed in the Cost Estimate. The actual quantity procured under the contract may be greater or less than the estimated quantity, depending on the Buyer's needs and available financial resources.
