Food Products Supply Contract

This procurement contract is for various food products as specified in the technical documentation and cost estimate. Delivery of goods will occur successively, based on the delivery requests from the buyer, and must be made within three calendar days from the request date. All contractual obligations must be fulfilled by the end of the contract period. The start of deliveries is defined in the public procurement contract. The buyer has existing contracts for the procurement of these goods, and the new deliveries will commence upon the expiration of those contracts. The execution of the contract begins on January 13, 2026, for Groups 1 (Fruits and Vegetables) and 10 (Bread and Bakery Products), on January 2, 2026, for Group 3 (Teas, Spices, and Various Food Products), and on December 27, 2025, for all other groups. The contract execution deadline is March 31, 2027. The quantity of goods to be procured is approximate, based on estimated needs, and will be purchased successively according to the buyer's actual requirements. The buyer is not obligated to purchase the entire estimated quantity listed in the cost estimate, and the actual quantity procured may vary based on the buyer's needs and available financial resources.
