Project Documentation for Energy Efficiency System at Dr. J. Benčević General Hospital

This procurement opportunity involves the creation of project documentation for establishing a Joint Automation and Management System for the technical systems of buildings at Dr. J. Benčević General Hospital. The goal is to enhance energy efficiency in the buildings, specifically in the Surgery, Old Polyclinic, Infectology, and Psychiatry departments. The project documentation will include: 1. Assessment of the current state of each of the four buildings, including technical descriptions, photographic documentation, and graphical attachments (plans, floor plans, sections, etc.). 2. Development of main and execution projects for the Joint Automation and Management System, which will include architectural and engineering solutions for each building. 3. Preparation of cost estimates for the works and equipment, in compliance with public procurement regulations. The total area of the four buildings is 23,361 m2. The contract will be valid until May 31, 2025, and is funded by the European Union under the NextGenerationEU initiative.
