Purchase of NVMe Disks for Hitachi VSP 5600

The contract involves the supply of NVMe disks for the Hitachi VSP 5600 storage system. Detailed specifications and requirements are outlined in Chapter II of the procurement documentation. All requirements listed in this chapter are minimum standards that must be met; failure to comply will result in the rejection of the bid. Equivalent solutions are allowed if they meet the technical parameters specified. The evaluation of bids will follow a reversed order, assessing the bids first and then qualifying the highest-rated supplier. The contracting authority is responsible for personal data protection in accordance with EU regulations. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eZamówienia platform. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement if public funds are not allocated. Bids must be submitted in a specific electronic format. The contracting authority will exclude suppliers based on certain conditions related to actions affecting Ukraine. The supplier must deliver the goods within 10 working days of contract signing and provide a warranty until September 11, 2027. If an equivalent solution is offered, evidence must be submitted to confirm compliance with equivalency criteria.
