Network Equipment Supply and Support Services

This contract involves the supply of network equipment along with technical support services and a warranty period of 36 months. Detailed specifications are provided in Attachment 1 of the contract documents, and the procurement will be conducted under the terms outlined in the Draft Contract Provisions found in Attachment 2. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if the public funds intended for financing all or part of the contract are not allocated (in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). This contract is co-financed by the European Union as part of the National Recovery Plan: Project in the Grant Competition titled 'Cyber Secure Government' – Investment C3.1.1. Cybersecurity – CyberPL data processing infrastructure and optimization of the infrastructure of state services responsible for security.
