Construction and Modernization of Power Lines in Sokółka and Krynki

This contract involves the construction and modernization of medium voltage power lines in the Sokółka and Krynki areas, managed by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. The detailed specifications can be found in Attachments 1 and 1.1 of the procurement documents. The contractor or subcontractor must employ workers under an employment contract for tasks specified in Attachment 2. The contract is partially funded by the European Fund for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment for the years 2021-2027, as part of the project for building and modernizing a smart electricity grid in the Białystok area. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if the necessary public funds are not allocated. This possibility is outlined in the procurement announcement in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
