Construction Contract for the Modernization of the 110/15 kV RPZ-9 Białystok Substation

This contract involves the modernization of the 110/15 kV RPZ-9 Białystok substation, operated by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. in Białystok. Suppliers are required to refer to Annex 1 and 1.1 of the procurement documents for detailed specifications. The contractor or subcontractor must employ workers under an employment contract for tasks specified in Annex 2 of the procurement documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify employment and compliance with labor requirements, as well as to impose penalties for non-compliance. The authority may cancel the procurement process if public funding is not secured. The project is part of the "Development of the Smart Electricity Grid in the Białystok Branch of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. – II" funded by the European Fund for Eastern Poland 2021-2027.
