State Effectiveness and Accountability: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Component

This is Component 4 of the Building State Effectiveness and Accountability (BSEA) Programme, a 6-year, £19.7 million initiative designed to strengthen institutional capacity within government organizations. The programme focuses on improving public policy implementation, which leads to more effective service delivery, better policy making, and increased international trade opportunities. While cross-cutting across sectors, BSEA prioritizes public administration reform, institutional strengthening, and public financial management. This component specifically addresses monitoring, evaluation, adaptation, and learning functions to track programme progress and ensure continuous improvement.
