IT Services for Coevorden Municipality

The municipality of Coevorden is seeking a supplier to provide IT services, specifically to replace its current case management system (Employee Portal, Atos esuite), which is reaching the end of its support life. In 2024, a thorough investigation was conducted to determine the best approach for replacing the case management system and to fulfill the ambitions of the 'Working Smarter Together' program. The goal of this procurement is to contract a single supplier who will provide, implement, and maintain the new case management system for the next four years, with the possibility of extending the contract for an additional four years. A standby agreement will be established with the second-ranked supplier. This is a public contract with an estimated total value of €400,000 for the full eight-year duration, excluding VAT.
