Public Lighting Maintenance and Replacement Contract

The municipality is planning to continue the area-focused replacement of public lighting fixtures with LED lighting. They have decided to outsource the entire work and supply of fixtures and poles in one contract. The tasks for this contract are outlined in the requirements program and mainly include: • removing existing fixtures; • removing, replacing, and (small-scale) relocating existing light poles; • supplying and installing LED fixtures, including drivers and connection cables; • supplying and installing light poles; • applying for and executing network connections for public lighting. This contract is a framework agreement with an estimated value of €1,400,000 for a total duration of four and a half years. The maximum estimate for the entire contract is €2,000,000. This maximum total contract value serves as a ceiling amount. The above amounts are exclusive of VAT. Please note: the information about the scope of the contract is indicative.
