Brief

This contract involves providing Managed Print Services (MPS) to meet the needs of the Fund for Deposits and Loans as part of its Digital Transformation initiative. Key components of the contract include: - Supply of 90 laser or LED printing machines. - Development of an implementation study that will serve as a detailed guide for project execution. - Provision of installation and operational setup services for all equipment, including multifunction devices and specialized management software such as Pull Printing/Follow Me Printing. - Training services for the staff of the Fund on the use and management of the devices and software. - Provision of documentation and training materials. - Printing services using the 90 multifunction devices and necessary hardware and software for producing prints, copies, and scans. - Management and technical support services for the provided equipment. - Timely supply and installation of new, genuine, and unused spare parts and consumables (excluding paper and staples) from the manufacturer to ensure the smooth operation of the multifunction devices. The contract is not divided into parts, as it constitutes a unified and indivisible system of equipment, software, and services that requires a homogeneous architecture, unified technical support, and common operational standards. Dividing it into parts would create incompatibilities and increased complexity, undermining the coherence, interoperability, and efficient implementation of the project, which is part of the digital transformation of the organization and requires an end-to-end approach from a single provider. The estimated value of the initial contract is €300,000, excluding VAT (budget including VAT: €372,000, VAT 24% €72,000). The duration of the contract is set at four (4) months, including the process of checking and accepting deliverables, as specified in Section 6.3 of this document, and cannot exceed 30/04/2026. A detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is provided in ANNEX I – Detailed Description of the Physical and Economic Object of the Contract or in another descriptive document of the announcement. The contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on the best quality-price ratio.
