ICT Managed Service Contract for Multi-Site School Trust

The MILL Academy is seeking a qualified ICT Managed Service provider to deliver comprehensive daily technical support and infrastructure management across three school sites. The successful contractor will be responsible for managing the complete ICT infrastructure, providing onsite and remote technical support to over 1,200 pupils and all staff members. Key requirements include: full lifecycle management of all ICT systems and infrastructure; demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, responsive support; compliance with good practice standards; and capacity to support existing school operations and future development. The role involves managing the transition of approximately two current technical staff members, one of whom is subject to TUPE regulations and one who is enrolled in the Local Government Pension Scheme. Prospective suppliers must demonstrate comprehensive capability across all aspects of ICT service delivery, from helpdesk support to infrastructure management, and must be committed to maintaining service excellence throughout the Trust and its local community.
