Troyes Urban Flood Protection Works

The city of Troyes is seeking suppliers for flood protection works in the downtown area. This project aims to secure the city against a flood event with a projected level of Q50 (240 m3/s). The work includes: - Strengthening the downtown levees, including creating a spillway on the right bank of the Trévois canal, constructing a new connecting levee with sheet piles, and restoring various levees. - Optimizing hydraulic structures at Flotteurs and Saint Julien to ensure full valve operation during floods. - Improving drainage conditions in the northern part of Troyes by lowering the embankment on Avenue des Tirverts and creating a hydraulic annex downstream. The contract is divided into three lots: - Lot 1: Protection works - earthworks/sheet piles/civil engineering - Lot 2: Forestry, ecological, and landscaping works - Lot 3: Hydraulic regulation works (spillway at St Julien and Flotteurs) - valve systems/metrology/electromechanics/automation/civil engineering. Lots 4 and 5 will be subject to a separate consultation later. The public contract will be established as a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts, with maximum values for each lot: - Lot 1: €25,000,000 (excl. VAT) - Lot 2: €5,000,000 (excl. VAT) - Lot 3: €1,500,000 (excl. VAT). The total duration of the contract is 8 years from the notification date. A site visit is mandatory.
