Composting Services in Troyes Champagne Métropole

This contract involves the management of communal composters in the Troyes Champagne Métropole area. The main tasks include regular maintenance of the composting sites by a qualified compost guide, recording information during site visits, and reporting this information to Troyes Champagne Métropole as specified in the contract documents. Additional tasks include transferring compost between cells, removing compost to an external maturation site, and supplying mulch. This contract is reserved for economic operators employing disabled workers, as per public procurement regulations. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for support with 10 composters and Lot 2 for support with another 10 composters. This consultation is only for Lot 1, with Lot 2 to be consulted later. The contract will be a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, valid for 4 years from the notification date. Purchase orders can only be issued starting October 1, 2025, with execution timelines specified in each order. A schedule for site monitoring will be included with the purchase order, and the contractor must adhere to the specified frequencies.
