Catering Services for Schools and Daycare Centers in Neumünster

They are set up for a Cook & Hold process, meaning that meals must be delivered in suitable containers that can be held until serving time. These containers must be technically sound, and the contractor must provide proof of this. The contractor is also responsible for cleaning the delivery containers. For daycare centers, the maximum price per portion is €4.50 gross (€4.21 net). Offers exceeding this price will not be considered. Price increases after the contract award until August 2027 are not allowed. For schools, the food cost calculation must include a minimum ingredient cost of €1.20 net per portion. The maximum price per meal is €6.00 gross (€5.04 net). Offers exceeding this price will not be considered.
