Elm Park Leisure Centre Operator

Filton Town Council is seeking an experienced leisure operator to manage and run Elm Park Leisure Centre. The successful operator will be responsible for delivering high-quality leisure services that are safe, efficient, inclusive, and responsive to community needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver inclusive activity programmes for all residents, with particular focus on underrepresented and inactive groups - Maintain agreed opening hours and ensure accessibility in compliance with the Equality Act 2010 - Provide excellent customer service through modern facilities, effective complaint handling, and welcoming environments - Create diverse programming tailored to the Filton community, including schools and clubs - Implement transparent and equitable pricing policies approved by the Town Council - Employ and retain appropriately trained, qualified staff with strong safeguarding practices - Meet all statutory equalities and safeguarding duties - Maintain high standards of cleaning, housekeeping, and food and beverage services - Promote the leisure centre through digital and community marketing channels - Operate modern ICT and data management systems, including OpenActive compliance - Ensure full health and safety compliance with robust risk management This is a contract opportunity for organizations with proven experience in leisure centre management and community engagement.
