Germany – Cleaning and Restoration of Urban and Rural Areas, and Related Services – Framework Agreement for Public Safety and Winter Services 2025-2029

In the Brandenburg restoration region, specifically in the districts of Oberspreewald-Lausitz and Elbe-Elster (including mining areas around Lauchhammer, urban areas of Lauchhammer, and the Tröbitz/Domsdorf mining field), safety inspections of restricted areas, obligations for residents, winter services, and damage control as well as nature conservation monitoring tasks are to be carried out. The services required per calendar year include approximately: 1,500 meters of path maintenance, 17,500 meters of path upkeep, 70 square meters of asphalt road repairs, 400 units of signage/traffic signs to be supplied, installed, and removed, 80 hectares of mowing/mulching of green areas, 12 hectares of mulching of forest areas, 150,000 square meters of mulching of road verges, 20 hectares of clearing, 1,500 individual tree removals, 9 hectares of mechanical clearing, 6 hectares of manual clearing, maintenance of 10,000 meters of amphibian protection fences, collection of amphibians/reptiles over 3,000 hectares, monitoring of 70,400 meters of trapping buckets, 700 meters of light space profiles, 100 hours of fire watch, provision of 3,000 cubic meters of earth materials, 5,000 hours of technical assistance, 600 tons of waste disposal, 60 units of sampling/declaration analysis, and 360 instances of winter service over 48 months. The snow removal will be conducted on specified paths/roads, with surface treatment during snow and ice conditions, and removal of spreading materials. Safety inspections (approximately 4,180 instances) are to be conducted throughout the entire processing area. The establishment, maintenance, and relocation of amphibian protection fences are also included. The contract is issued as a framework agreement with call-off services. The commissioning and billing of services will occur as needed through individual orders (call-offs) in AVA@LMBV. The quantities listed in the service catalog for call-off services are non-binding estimates reflecting the current planning status. There is no entitlement to a minimum quantity or the total quantities specified. There are no claims for unearned allocations due to unmade call-offs. Allocations (WuG, BGK, AGK) will only be compensated in connection with the individual call-off. The required services will be ordered in writing (via email) by the client from the operator. Call-offs will occur three working days before the start of services. The client assumes that the service provision will begin within a reaction time of three days from the date of the written call-off (first working day). Services will be billed based on proof of completion.
