Tree Inspection Services Framework Agreement for East Saxony

This contract involves professional tree inspections conducted from the ground, following the FLL tree inspection guidelines. The inspections will be carried out as a 'negative control' and documented accordingly. The areas to be inspected typically cover approximately 12,800,000 square meters and will be assessed once a year, alternating between leafed and non-leafed conditions. Following extreme weather events (such as storms, wet snow, or ice rain) or accidents involving trees, the client may request special inspections for specific properties. The contract is structured as a framework agreement with call-off services. The commissioning and billing of services will occur as needed through individual orders in AVA@LMBV. The quantities listed in the service catalog for call-off services are non-binding estimates, and there is no guarantee of a minimum quantity or the total amounts specified. Services will be billed based on actual work performed.
