HISP Multi Academy Trust Cleaning Services Tender

HISP Multi Academy Trust is seeking qualified cleaning service providers for eight schools across the South of England and Isle of Wight. This is a 3-year contract (01/02/2027 – 31/01/2030) with an optional 2-year extension, divided into two geographical lots: Lot 1 covers six mainland schools (Thornden, Highcliffe, Danebury, Crofton, Portswood, Tanners Brook) currently serviced by Atlas, with an annual cost of £857,376; Lot 2 covers two Isle of Wight schools (Carisbrooke College and Medina College including Island VI Form) currently managed in-house, with an annual cost of £432,000. The successful contractor will provide core term-time cleaning and periodic deep cleaning services, with opportunities to propose service enhancements. The Trust prioritizes best value over lowest price, seeking a partner committed to high-quality facilities, staff development, and potential cost savings. Minimum requirements include £10 million employers' and public liability insurance and £2 million annual company turnover. This is a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure with evaluation based on 40% price and 60% quality. Interested suppliers may tender for one or both lots and should be aware that additional schools may be added to the contract at the Trust's discretion.
