Supply of EDR Software with License for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o.

This contract involves the supply of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software along with a license for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. located in Gdańsk. The contract consists of one part. Detailed specifications and conditions for the execution of the contract are included in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Draft Agreement. The contractor must confirm compliance with the requirements set by the contracting authority by filling out the specified items in Annex 1 to the SWZ - OPZ. The offered items must be approved for circulation and use in accordance with applicable legal regulations. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, where the contracting authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications, or reference systems, or indicates trademarks, parameters, or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), equivalent solutions are allowed in accordance with Article 99(5) and Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law. The contracting authority does not restrict the possibility of applying for the contract only to contractors mentioned in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Law. The contracting authority does not impose requirements mentioned in Article 96 of the Public Procurement Law. The contracting authority requires that the purchased goods comply with the principle of 'do no significant harm' to the environment (DNSH). The deadline for submitting offers is September 17, 2025.
