Supply of Medical Stimulators and Devices

This contract involves the supply of various medical stimulators and devices, including deep brain stimulators, pain relief stimulators, morphine-baclofen pumps, surgical valves for adults, cochlear implants, and other medical products. These supplies are needed by Copernicus Medical Entity in Gdańsk. Detailed descriptions, assortments, and estimated quantities are provided in the pricing and assortment form (Annex 1 to the SWZ, parts 1-22). All offered items must be complete, of high quality and functionality, and free from material, construction, and legal defects. The products must be approved for circulation and use according to applicable laws, specifically in compliance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions for any referenced standards, approvals, technical specifications, or trademarks. The execution of the contract is defined in the draft agreement included in Annex 5 to the SWZ. There are no restrictions on who can apply for the contract, and no site visit or document verification is required from the suppliers. To confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, suppliers must submit technical data sheets or catalog cards from the manufacturer with their offers. The contracting authority will evaluate the offers and qualify the highest-rated supplier based on the absence of exclusion grounds and compliance with participation conditions. A bid security of 195,000.00 PLN is required for total offers, and it must be submitted before the deadline for offers and maintained until the offer binding period expires. The contracting authority does not require a performance bond.
