Software Maintenance and Repair Services

This contract involves the procurement of licenses, licensing support services, hardware, hardware support, and related services for ORACLE or equivalent products. This includes the purchase of cloud services, analytical tools, database services, engineering systems, storage systems, middleware services, and more. The goal of establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to create a platform for state and public administration to procure services flexibly in accordance with public procurement law, based on their actual needs, in terms of timing and scope. Additionally, it allows for centralized management and monitoring of license purchases by the state's licensing manager.
