Evaluation Consulting Services for Slovakia

This contract involves evaluating measures to ensure compliance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The evaluation will focus on the implementation of horizontal principles as defined in the Partnership Agreement of Slovakia for 2021-2027 and relevant EU regulations. It aims to assess the effectiveness of these measures from the perspective of both providers and beneficiaries of support. The evaluation will examine the quality of applying these principles in projects, aiming to reduce inequality, discrimination, and improve accessibility. Recommendations will be made to enhance compliance with the Charter and the Convention, improve collaboration between managing authorities and providers, and ensure quality project implementation in line with horizontal principles during the 2021-2027 programming period.
