Contact and Pipeline Management System for Investment Business

The British Business Bank's Investments Business is seeking a contact and pipeline management solution to support its government-backed capital deployment activities. The solution will serve approximately 115 front-office staff and up to 40 wider users who need access to contact and investment pipeline information. The system will support multiple investment approaches including fund of funds products (where the Bank acts as both General and Limited Partner), direct investments, and co-investment programmes. The British Growth Partnership, a division within the Investments Business, will also utilize this system to attract long-term institutional capital from UK Pension Funds into high-growth UK companies. The Bank's core mission is to improve access to finance for smaller UK businesses, particularly early-stage and regionally distributed companies, while addressing structural funding gaps in the SME finance ecosystem. Suppliers should understand that this solution is critical to managing investment relationships and deal pipelines across multiple investment programs and geographies.
