Managed Services Provider for IT Support and Infrastructure

The contracting authority is seeking a qualified IT managed service provider to deliver comprehensive IT management, support, and consultancy services. The service provider will deliver 24/7 IT helpdesk support, proactive monitoring and maintenance of networks, servers, and end-user devices, cybersecurity management including threat detection and response, cloud services management and optimisation, software and hardware asset management, IT consultancy and strategic planning, backup and disaster recovery services, and regular reporting and performance reviews. The contract is valued at £1,875,000.00 (excluding VAT) for the initial period and will be procured in accordance with PA23 regulations. Extension periods may be applied beyond the initial contract term.
